Training
Here at Paramount, we train all of our employees to provide the best, most professional and safe service for themselves and the public.
We hold our training courses at Carlisle United Stadium on a regular basis. For all of our training courses we use BIIAB and NCFE approved lecturers through Telford College.
The courses we provide are:
- National Level 2 Certificate for Door Supervisors
- Award in Conflict Management
- Basic First Aid Training
- NVQ Spectator Control Level 2
This includes Control & Restraint and defence tactics all from a Certified Personal Safety Trainer.
